Buttock lift – Buttock augmentation

A shapely, firm bottom is part of a well-proportioned body and draws compliments to both men and women. Whether it’s naturally too big, too small, too flat or asymmetrical, or if it has sagged with age or weight loss, the bottom can be shaped to suit your ideal with liposuction, lipotransfer, buttock lifting or augmentation.

During a buttock lift, a sickle-shaped strip is removed from the lower buttock, so that the scar falls in line with the natural bottom fold and is thus rendered invisible. Because of the often unattractive scar, buttocks are only rarely lifted upwards, e.g. in the case of a full body lift. A simultaneous tightening and enlargement of the buttocks is achieved with a ‘gluteus augmentation’. In this procedure, the incision of approx. 5 cm is again made under the naturally occurring bottom fold and the special silicone implants (gluteus implants) are placed in pockets created between the buttock muscles
