Cheek surgery
The facial cheeks can, among other factors, determine our facial expression, be it hard or soft. If the cheekbones appear too flat, they can be helped with injectable filling material such as hyaluronic acid gel or lipofilling (your own fat), or emphasised through Gore-Tex or silicone implants. Should the shape be impaired by the tear ducts, it may be advisable to have a lower lid correction.
In the case of sunken cheeks through ageing, it is suggested that a face lift will restore harmony and a more youthful face shape. Liposuction can sometimes suffice on its own or be performed in combination with a face lift. A feather facelift of non-resolvable threads (a.k.a. Aptos) can offer an effective and modern technique for lifting the cheeks
