Thigh lift

In cases of severe skin and tissue slackness, a thigh lift – possibly in combination with liposuction – is often the therapy of choice. The shrinking capabilities of the inner thighs lessen with age, meaning that the effects of liposuction alone may either not be sufficient or lead to aesthetically poor results due to wrinkled skin. In less extreme cases, slack thigh skin is lifted with the subcutaneous tissue, to achieve a tightened look and feel.

The incision is most commonly made above the groin – from the inside outwards – toward the buttock fold, in order to achieve the most discrete scar possible. Excess skin and, when necessary, excess fatty tissue is removed and the cuts stitched appropriately. Not only are optimum body proportions returned after the operation, but also a boost to your general well-being and capacity for sports activity.
